Use this page when you want help before placing an order, when you need to confirm a product detail, or when you have a question about an order already placed.
Email support
The main support email is ironyardsupplies@gmail.com. Include enough information for the question to be answered without guessing. A short message with only a product name may not be enough for large products, attachments, or portable units.
Include this when asking about a product
- Product name or product page link.
- Quantity you are considering.
- Delivery state and ZIP code if the question involves delivery availability.
- For sheds or shelters: available footprint, surface type, and intended use.
- For fork extensions: existing fork length and fork width.
- For attachments: machine type, mount style, hydraulic flow if applicable, and machine weight class.
- For portable restroom or bathroom units: fixture needs, power, water, waste connection, and placement area.
Common reasons customers contact us
Customers usually reach out because they want to compare sizes, confirm that photos match the product they intend to order, ask whether an item is in stock, clarify out-of-stock status, confirm a product is appropriate for a machine, or ask how a larger item should be planned for on the receiving end. Those are reasonable questions. Asking before ordering helps reduce mistakes.
Checkout questions
Checkout is completed through Stripe. If a card is declined, the most common reason is issuer verification, bank fraud protection, or a card rule outside the website. If the bank asks whether the purchase was authorized, approve the transaction with the issuer first and then return to checkout. If the cart still shows the item after a failed attempt, review the cart and try again only after the issuer clears the transaction.
Order questions
For an existing order, include the order email address, product name, and any order reference shown after checkout. Do not include full card numbers or sensitive payment details by email. Payment details should stay inside Stripe and the card issuer system.
Response expectations
Response time can vary depending on the question. Simple questions about stock, price, or page links are usually easier to answer. Fitment or specification questions may require reviewing the exact product record or supplier details. If a product detail cannot be confirmed, the safer answer will explain what still needs to be verified.
